Pilgrimage 3 - 3/4/98
Friday 3rd April 1998 was marked as being the day upon which Mornington Crescent was to reopen. To this end both the maintainer of this site and one of the other Pilgrims (Silk) attempted to alight at the station some time prior to the Pilgrimage meeting.

Unfortunately, this apotheosis was not to be - a fault in the lifts at Mornington Crescent meant that the reopening was postponed. Oh well. Many games were played, and much beer was drunk.

More Evidence
21/2/99 - further photographic evidence has surfaced of this Pilgrimage. The Pilgrim known as Silk also carried a camera, and passed the following images on to your Archivist:

The Badger Files
A strange entity was found to have insinuated itself into several of the pictures of games played in the pubs, which was later determined to be the semi-legendary Badger. Once a loathsome individual inhabiting the darkest bowels of Delphi, Badger has recently come to be seen almost as a lovable figure with its cheery cry of "Fneek!"

But here is the photographic evidence. You decide.
