This isn't really a Five Minutes post, but I wanted to mention why there are holes in the chronology of posts. Not many so far, but I do not doubt that there will be more.

Unfortunately, our house is infested with voles. These wretched creatures sneak into rooms and steal words. Usually they are content to raid the bins where we've thrown a bill we don't want to pay, but sometimes they break into the computer and take text from the screen.

So that is where the missing posts go - the voles have them. And let me tell you that you don't want to see them once the voles give them back!
