Home straight, baby! Yeah!

Went through 37,500 words this morning, the three quarter mark on word count, and reached 38.5K before I stopped writing this morning.

This morning's session was a lot of fun, actually. I got to write some really gory deaths, which now I think about it were suspiciously silent...

I am in serious danger of running out of story before I run out of words, but there are lots of places to back fill descriptions, motivations, and so on so I am sure that I will have plenty more to write. I am also finding that some of the most cherished scenes that I wrote years ago which I wanted to include are simply not coming together; the story and the characters keep running off at angles which make it hard to insert some of these much anticipated concepts.

But I am going to finish, despite a horrible Monday writing-wise. Oh yes.
