Why Should I Listen To You?
Fragmented observations of a fractured lifestyle.

It is a commonplace to hear regret that someone did not learn to play a musical instrument. My own lost opportunity is the piano: I only have small hands so I could never be a great player, but I often subconsciously find myself moving my hands and fingers as if on piano keys in time with music I am hearing.

Something I would like to do, but certainly not something which is any kind of priority for me.

The small hands thing is not necessarily true. Michel Petruciani was a jazz genius and could barely span an octave. I have come across several good technicians with similarly small stretches. Go on - have a go :-)
