I do like getting my run in early before I go to work. I like running from work as well, but not having to fit an hour's running into the day is a lot easier.
Unfortunately, my left knee is still niggling me. As I say, it's not painful, but if I keep hammering away at it I am sure it will be.
So I will not be cycling to work tomorrow as I usually would, and I will try to do my physio more frequently. I will be doing yoga tomorrow, but I will probably skip running on Thursday. We'll see about the eleven miler on Saturday. Rest may be more important, and I want to keep my powder dry for the half marathon a week on Sunday. Might do a bike ride instead.
I don't like being injured, but having been through it a couple of times is a useful learning experience.
