July 23, 2004 Holes

There is a big hole in the running records here, which I should fill in: the posts jump from 4th July to 13th July, simply because I had not got around to posting about these runs.

So, here is a summary of what happened those days run-wise.

Date Schedule/Actual Time (Distance) Notes
05-Jul-2004 3x4:00/3:00/ - Didn't run, since I was still tired from my long run the day before (and, truth be told, from lugging rocks about the place).
06-Jul-2004 30 mins/36:57 (3.2 miles) Tuesday morning hills, still doing run/walk with Zee. Not sure which route we ran, but I think it was along the same road run the first time we met up on Tuesday morning (although not going as far)
08-Jul-2004 30 mins/40:42 (4 miles) Ran after work. I had planned on going to NW Portland to meet up with the PFit group there, but the tile lifting emergency took precedence. I ran after washing off the asbestos dust but before eating.
10-Jul-2004 10 miles/1:49:03 Evidence, if more were needed, that I'm not really running yellow any more. Eleven minute miles, and struggling just to keep moving were the order of the day here, and really I just wanted to stop. But I kept going, albeit with occasional short walk breaks.
