Still very tired from Saturday, but managed to get out and have an enjoyable trundle around the nature park. Nothing from my achilles, but still icing and stretching to try and keep it that way.
Spoke to CK about this, since I knew she had had some achilles problems. Apparently it is quite common amongst cyclists and ballet dancers that they develop large calves and need to keep stretching to avoid overstressing their achilles tendons. So, not just me then.
Jen and I are doing a yoga class tonight. Along with my yoga class on Wednesday, I am hoping this will be pretty good for my flexibility.
