Why Should I Listen To You?
Fragmented observations of a fractured lifestyle.

Day eight - the holes are filled in again, and more rooms are taking shape...

The meditation room takes shape - the new wall has been framed out, and the floor drain has been stopped up. You can't quite see from this angle that the old bathroom door has been closed up.
The laundry waste pipe hole has been filled in.
The main bathroom wall has been blocked in (and you can see the closed off door here) ...
... and the bath drain hole has been filled in. Still looks like a periscope, though.
We've left a little mark in the concrete under where the bath will go.
This blanking plate is where a heating vent used to be in the garage. Apparently, it is against code to heat a garage!
"We can hear them down there talking. When are they going to come up and play?"

Next up: bath installation and washing machine plumbing. We're on target to finish a week on Saturday (29th May) which would make it a three week project, much shorter than we had expected.
