As I mentioned in my last post, this is a recovery week so this was a nice short run. I ended up running quite quickly (as some small effort to push my aerobic capacity up) which felt good.
We went for a short walk yesterday, just to get some movement in, and then did a bit of weight training first thing this morning. Both Jen and I feel like we need to do some weights to try and build up our core strength, and it's a nice thing for us to do together (Jen doesn't run, so we can't do that together).
Anyway, a nice run today and some very pleasant exercise earlier on. A good day.
