April 24, 2004 Six Miles: Rapid

6 miles/58:15

Perfect conditions for the run this morning, and an excellent run! Spent more time chatting with folks this week than last, and confirmed that even though I am running faster I am not running too fast. Indeed, I got to the end of the six miles and felt like I could have kept going. Hooray!

The biggest problem I had on today's run was that the air temperature was low at the beginning so my sunglasses kept steaming up. Once the air temperature had risen a few degrees it was fine (about two thirds of the way through!).

Not much else to report about this one. I skipped the post-run seminar this week since I needed to get back home, but that is something for another post.
