50 mins/01:00:47 (6 miles)
The running routes around and about the campus (and when exactly does an "industrial park" become a "campus"?) are of varying lengths. There are loops of 2½ miles, 3½ miles, and 5½ miles which you can then put together in different sequences to make up longer distances. It's a bit like Meccano, I suppose. More like that than Lego, since Lego doesn't bend.
Moving on...
I ran today with K who only wanted to do the short nature park trail since he hasn't been running much recently, then I tacked the bark dust loop onto the end of that to make a long enough run. Longer than I had planned, but it felt good all the same. Indeed, I seem to be getting into a habit of presaging the long Saturday run with a run of the same distance on Tuesday. But that's OK; I'm not going over distance or time by much, and it feels good to keep moving.
I've also noticed that the short stride gait makes me breathless faster, but I can keep going longer. Odd that.
This next Saturday is probably going to be the first one this year where I use Gatorade in my waist pack rather than water, not particularly because an hour is that much longer to run than 50 minutes (I ran an hour today without any water), but I want to get myself used to the stuff again before the longer runs. I doubt I'll whip out a gel pack during the run, though. That's something for another day when it's more likely to be necessary.

More like Scalextric really if you think about it... :-)
