First training day missed this year - I was just too tired to run. The advice given at the start of the programme was to just ignore a missed day and carry on as normal, which is what I intend to do.
I do need to figure out the root cause of these periodic tired spells. Is it overdoing it on exercise? Is it related to my allergies? Is it just because Jen's away?
I don't know, but every few weeks I get a day or two which is just utterly lost through wandering around in a daze. I could do without it.
