The bidding process for our downstairs project is drawing to a close. We have at least had one bid which makes us feel comfortable that the work will be done. The company which provided this bid is in lead position primarily because we've had the most consistent communication from the contractor, but the bid seems to have been pretty thoroughly thought through too.

We're waiting for word back on a couple of questions that we raised, but we're looking to break our first wall panel in the next few weeks. Then we just have to live in a building site for two months.
