The follow up to yesterday's run is that all the bits which were supposed to hurt afterwards did.
As I mentioned before, the basic problem with my knees is that my quads are unevenly developed. I had always thought that the thigh bulge on the outside front was all there was to quads, and so I celebrated this rather overdone bit of muscular development as being good. However, this large muscle has meant that the other two quadricep muscles have been underdeveloped, to the point where (as I described) my patella is not centred.
So when I woke up this morning and my inside quads were sore, this was a good thing.
I'll try another run later in the week and see if that goes as well. Hopefully my cardio will be better so I don't have to stop and walk.
